Teaching Levels
School books : CP/CE1 - CE1/CE2 - CM1/CM2 - 6ème
Time table : GSM/CPa - CPb/CE1 - CE2 - CM1/CM2 - 6ème
Students are assigned to classes in kindergarten, primary and "6ème" based on their age and skills.
Studies are organised in cycles (based on the French model), the goals for which are defined in the French national curriculum.

PRIMARY SCHOOL
All of the primary school teachers work in conformity with the school’s education plan which is developed for a three year period and is adopted by the school council.
The education plan is developed as a common policy for the whole of the school community and reflects the school’s environment, personnel and overall circumstances.
French is the native language of all the teachers and the teaching staff.
Language immersion is provided to non-French speakers. All the school material (books, games, pedagogical support…) used are in French.
English is taught from 1st grade, (2 hours per week).
From CE 1 (2nd grade) there are 3 hours of English per week.
A choice of Hebrew or Arabic is offered as a second language (2 hours per week) from 1st to 5th grade.
Hebrew classes are also offered as an after school activity with a native Hebrew-speaking teacher (additional fees).
SECONDARY MIDDLE SCHOOL
- Sixth grade (6ème) “adaptation cycle” is a transition year : students build on the concepts acquired in Lower School as they learn the skills and methods required for Middle and Upper School.

English (LV1) is added to the curriculum for all 6th graders (5 hours per week) and taught by a native English speaking teacher.
Hebrew : 2 hours per week from 6th grade.
